Default policy covering United Kingdom, United States, Europe and Rest of World.
United Kingdom
UK Mainland, Evri or Royal Mail: usually 2 to 5 day delivery.
Shipping is priced by order value.
- Orders up to £3.50 cost £1.60
- Orders from £3.51 to £7.99 cost £2.60
- Orders from £8.00 to £24.99 cost £2.99
- Orders of £25.00 and over ship FREE
We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as Google Pay and PayPal.
Your order is sent using a tracked service as standard, and is usually covered by up to £50 compensation if it is lost, stolen or damaged in transit.
Orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours. Any order placed after 11pm will be shipped the next working day, excluding weekends. Please allow for possible delays during peak periods such as Black Friday and Christmas.
If your order has not arrived within 10 days of confirmation, contact us at info@bru-cups.com with your order number. Please note we cannot take action until 10 days have passed from the confirmation date.
United States
We offer two delivery services to the US, both fully tracked. Prices are shown in US dollars.
Standard, 3 to 4 business days. Priced by order value.

- Orders $35.01 to $69.00 cost $17.99
- Orders $69.01 to $103.00 cost $18.99
- Orders $103.01 and over cost $30.00
Economy, 5 to 8 business days. Priced by order weight.
- Orders up to 110g cost $10.00
- Orders from 111g to 190g cost $10.49
All duties and taxes paid. For orders shipped to the US, all import duties and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout. This means there is nothing further to pay when your parcel arrives. No surprise fees at the door, and no customs charges to settle before delivery. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
From autumn 2026 we will be fulfilling US orders locally with USPS and UPS. We will update this page when local shipping goes live.

EU import taxes and duties
Good news. For orders shipped to the EU, all import VAT and duties are now calculated and collected at checkout. This means there is nothing further to pay when your parcel arrives. No surprise fees at the door, and no waiting for your parcel to clear customs against an unpaid charge. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
Other Regions
Rest of world, excluding US, Royal Mail: usually 7 to 14 day delivery.
Shipping is priced by order weight.

Local import fees or taxes may apply in your country. As we do not collect these charges, you may need to pay them to the courier before your order is delivered. For details, please check with your local postal service or government website for rules on imports from the UK.

Lost orders
If your order is lost by the courier, we can only issue a refund or send a replacement once the courier confirms the loss.
For Royal Mail, this is usually 10 days for UK orders or 25 days for international orders after the expected delivery date.
For Evri, most UK orders, claims must be logged within 14 days of shipment. Please notify us within 10 days if your order has not arrived so we have enough time to raise the issue with Evri.
