Shipping policy

Shipping from our US warehouse

We ship all US orders from our warehouse in Ball Ground, Georgia. We send every order with USPS Ground Advantage. Delivery usually takes 3 to 4 business days after dispatch. We send you a USPS tracking number by email when your order ships.

Shipping costs

  • Orders under $50: $5.99
  • Orders of $50.00 and over: FREE

Dispatch

We usually dispatch orders within 1 to 2 business days. We do not ship on weekends or US public holidays. Delivery can take longer during busy periods such as Black Friday and Christmas.

Missing or damaged orders

If your order does not arrive within 15 days of confirmation, email us at info@bru-cups.com with your order number. If your order arrives damaged, send us a photo and your order number. We will help you as fast as we can.
