The best travel mug I ever tryied. Matt surface is very comfortable to hold. Also the shape suitable for the hand. Very long lasting temperature. Keeps my drink warm and doesn’t spill. I found the mechanism of taking apart the lid easy to follow and remember! Only downside is it still is difficult to clean (tried both hot chocolate and coffee with cream)—would love tips or a special brush created that would help with getting into all of the nooks.

Great looking travel mug that fits in nicely with my setup. Only issue is that the top can get stuck "popped" open, and you cannot pop it close. When it does close, though, it is sealed tight. And it fits perfectly in my tiny car cupholder. If they can fix the "popping" mechanism so that it doesn't get stuck, it would be five stars for sure.
my partner and i love our brucup travel mugs, we take them to work with us every day. one issue that only i have encountered is mold growth on the seal of the mug. my partner has one of the newer mugs with the lid that unscrews by turning the pieces clockwise instead of anti-clockwise like mine, so maybe the material is different, or maybe i am just not good at cleaning the lid, but the seals on my cup are really awful to behold while my partner's are just stained and otherwise clean. mine look like a petri dish.

The taste experience with the ceramIc linIng is amazing. Thw mug seals well and truly leak proof. Impressed withbits durability as I have already dropped it out of a moving golf cart numerous times and have had no issues. The 360° drinkIng ability is nice and the are is deep enough that it doesnt smush your nose...even a larger nose like mine. Holds heat well if you close the top between drinks. Cons: The pop top works well, although I have found I need to clean it more often than my previous mugs or it will stick open and needs a "bang" against something to pop I really wish there was a larger size. 24oz would be fantastic
I searched all over the internet for a travel mug that was insulated, but also ceramic lined, and that was slim enough to fit in my car’s smaller than average cup holders. This is the only one I found that checked all those boxes. Bonus points for it coming in my favorite color, and having the 360 pop-up lid. It’s the perfect mug for my tea.
This is the best coffee tumbler I've ever had. My metal in my other cups was ruining the taste of coffee for me. The ceramic in this cup fixed that problem 100%. The lid is awesome and my drinks stay warm FOREVER. I just wish I had one for every day of the week.

As a coffee snob, the ceramic coating is exactly what I was looking for. It seals nicely with no worries of drips. I love being able to drink from any side of the lid. I will say when you think you are done take the lid off and there is always a sip left.
I love my Bru thermos. It kept my tea warm for 3 hours while I traveled to and ran a half marathon. It was the best post race treat! And then it saw me to London for a three day conference. I bought two mugs on the kickstarter campaign and it turned out there were production issues with the white. I waited an additional couple months in the hopes they would come in, but the mugs were too problematic at the time. I was informed the white was no longer an option. Fast forward 1.5 years, and the white mugs are now available. They’re a little more expensive than I would normally spend on a coffee mug, but the quality and ability to seal a beverage without spilling is among the best I’ve ever seen. I’ve only had one other mug that sealed as well. I bought it at Starbucks over 15 years ago and all the seals are worn out and not replaceable. The quality and customer service has always been superb. I will continue to shop for more mugs/products bru-cups.

Yes, the bru ceramic travel mug is 100% leakproof, not splash resistant. A silicone gasket seals the lid to the cup and a second seal closes the drinking channel, so a full mug can go in a backpack, a tote or a gym bag lid down. The lid has a visible indentation line that only shows when it is fully sealed, so you never have to guess. We machine test every lid design to 10,000 open and close cycles before it goes into production.
Is the ceramic coating safe?
Yes, the ceramic coating on the bru travel mug is independently tested and certified safe. We have gone further than most to prove it. We sent our actual bru Travel cups to SGS, one of the world's leading independent testing and certification bodies, for full third-party safety testing. They tested the complete cup including the ceramic coating, the stainless steel beneath, the lid and the silicone seals.
The ceramic coating passed full EU heavy metal migration testing (Council of Europe Resolution CM/Res(2013)9) at 100°C with an acidic simulant, with no detectable migration of any of the 21 metals tested, including lead, cadmium, nickel, chromium, mercury and arsenic.
The stainless steel beneath was tested at 19.8% chromium content, exceeding the FDA minimum of 16% for food-grade stainless. The lid and silicone components passed FDA 21 CFR food contact testing too.
So whether your coating is fully intact or has a small scratch, every surface that touches your drink has been independently tested and certified safe.
