Mockup and Sample
We send a digital mockup so you can see exactly how your branding will look. Once approved, we usually engrave a single cup as a physical sample for final sign off before the full batch goes into production.
Production and Delivery
Once you approve the sample, your full order goes into production. Standard laser engraving usually takes 7 to 10 days and single colour print 14 to 20 days, then ship via tracked courier to your door.

What is the minimum order quantity?
The minimum order is 48 units, which is two master boxes of 24. This works for cafés, small corporate gifts and pilot rollouts. There is no maximum, we have produced single orders in the tens of thousands.
How long does production take?
Standard laser engraving and single colour print orders take 7 to 10 working days from artwork approval. Custom colourways take 3 months as the cups are produced to order. Delivery is typically 1 to 2 working days after dispatch for UK addresses.
What branding options are available?
Two standard finishes: laser engraving for a permanent, subtle look or single colour ink print for a bolder finish. Multi-colour print and full custom colourways are available on higher volume orders.
What does it cost?
Pricing varies by quantity, finish and customisation. Send us your requirements and we will quote within one working day. Volume discounts apply at 100, 500 and 1,000 units.
Do I get a sample or mockup first?
Yes. Every project starts with a free digital mockup so you can see exactly how your logo or design will look on the cup before committing. Physical samples can be arranged if required.
Can I match my exact brand colours?
Yes, We can match Pantone references to give you a colour that is on-brand rather than picking from our stock range, minimum order for custom colour is usually 3000pc.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We regularly ship branded orders to the UK, EU, US and Canada. Shipping costs and lead times are quoted at enquiry stage based on destination and volume.
Who owns the artwork?
You do. We use your artwork only to produce your order. We do not reuse, resell or share your branding with any other client.
