UK Mainland, Evri or Royal Mail: usually 2-5 day delivery

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as Google Pay and PayPal.

Orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours. Any order placed after 11pm will be shipped the next working day (excluding weekends). Please allow for possible delays during peak periods such as Black Friday and Christmas.

If your order has not arrived within 10 days of confirmation, contact us at info@bru-cups.comwith your order number. Please note we cannot take action until 10 days have passed from the confirmation date.

Europe, Rep. Ireland, Channel Islands & Isle of Man, Royal Mail: usually 5-10 day delivery but can take much longer with 3 weeks not too unusual these days

Please note that we usually send international orders by Royal Mail Standard International, which is not a tracked service. If you would prefer a tracked option, contact us before placing your order and we can provide a quote.

If your order has not arrived within 15 days of confirmation, email us at info@bru-cups.com with your order number. We are unable to investigate until 15 days have passed from the confirmation date.

EU IMPORT FEES

Orders shipped from the UK to EU countries (including the Republic of Ireland) are subject to local import VAT and customs clearance fees. These charges are set by your country and must be paid before your parcel can be delivered.

Import VAT rates in the EU typically range between 17% and 27%, calculated on the total value of your order (items plus shipping). Customs clearance fees vary by country.

If your order has not arrived within 20 days of confirmation, email us at info@bru-cups.com with your order number. We are unable to investigate until 20 days have passed from the confirmation date.

If your delivery region is not available at checkout and you would like to place an order, please contact us at info@bru-cups.com, so we can confirm the available options.

Lost orders

If your order is lost by the courier, we can only issue a refund or send a replacement once the courier confirms the loss.

For Royal Mail, this is usually 10 days for UK orders or 25 days for international orders after the expected delivery date.

For Evri (most UK orders), claims must be logged within 14 days of shipment. Please notify us within 10 days if your order has not arrived so we have enough time to raise the issue with Evri.
