The new cap worked just great. It was my wife's brucup and she has used it every day for a couple years with hot tea. I think all that tea may have been a tough liquid for the lid.

Originally bought a travel mug and then dropped it on the tile floor. The cup portion was fine but the lid cracked, so glad you guys sell lids separately so it was easy to replace! Thank you!

Replacement lid
I had to.contact customer support recently as I had a problem with the lid on the cup.
Customer service was great, very helpful.
I ordered a replacement lid, which came very promptly. I have not had any issues since.
This is my partners favourite cup, so he is happy he can use it again.
